FamePods does not own, manage, or operate any of the listed studios and is not responsible for the condition, safety, legality, or quality of any studio listed on the platform.

By using FamePods.com, you acknowledge and agree that all bookings, payments, and disputes are solely between the Creator (the person booking the studio) and the Studio Partner (the studio owner).

2. No Guarantee of Availability

FamePods provides a platform for studio listings, but we do not guarantee the availability, pricing, or quality of services offered by Studio Partners. Studio listings are managed independently by their respective owners. We do not verify the accuracy of descriptions, pricing, or availability in real-time.

Creators are responsible for reviewing all studio details, cancellation policies, and terms before booking.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• FamePods is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from studio bookings, including but not limited to:Accidents, property damage, theft, or loss of equipment during studio use.
• Booking cancellations or disputes between Studio Partners and Creators.
• Misrepresentation or failure of a studio to meet expectations.
• Creators assume full responsibility for their activities within a booked studio.
• Studios are solely responsible for maintaining their spaces, providing amenities, and fulfilling bookings.

4. Payment & Refund Disclaimer

• FamePods facilitates payments but does not process refunds directly, except in cases where a studio cancels a booking.
• Refunds are subject to the cancellation policy chosen by the Studio Partner.
• The platform fee is always non-refundable, except when a studio cancels a booking.
• Creators must review and agree to the studio’s cancellation and refund policy before booking.

5. Third-Party Services Disclaimer

FamePods may integrate with third-party services, such as:

• Payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, or local gateways)
• Social media logins (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn)
• Advertising and analytics providers

FamePods is not responsible for any third-party service failures, security breaches, or data misuse. Users should review the privacy policies and terms of third-party services before engaging with them.

6. No Endorsement or Verification

• FamePods does not endorse, certify, or guarantee any studio, brand, or creator using the platform.
• While we may verify certain documentation from Studio Partners, FamePods does not perform background checks or quality inspections.
• Users are advised to exercise due diligence before booking a studio or engaging with a creator.
